Service Description
With an evidence-based approach, I offer expert workshops and classes for up to 10 participants, focused on, but not limited to: • Breath-work and breathing techniques • Mobility and flexibility training • Women’s fitness, including prenatal and postnatal exercise • Training through peri- and post-menopause • Injury prevention and recovery strategies • Foundational nutrition for health and performance Sessions are customizable and designed to leave participants with practical, lasting tools for their health, fitness and well-being.
